Definitely not a Calibre 30t2, looks more like a Calibre 26.5 SOB T2, but these references aren’t my strong suit as I’ve never owned anything powered by one that I can remember.

I believe you have a 23.7 S T2 from the late 20's or early 30's.
Note the missing case clamp screws from the movement and how poorly the movement fits in the case.
Case lugs are a style from later on and I feel don't mate with the caliber.
(Re)Dial is of a style I haven't seen before.

Name of the watch?.............Franken waiting for the stein.

I'll stand corrected as these are way too early for me to tell 26.5 from 23.7, but yea its rough regardless

It pretty much needs one of everything, so you'll be spending more than it's worth several times over just trying to get it right. Unless it has a deep sentimental connection I'd consider it a parts watch.

keep it as a parts donor or (even better) sell it for parts - don´t spend any more money...

It's a money pit. Without knowing the reference number of the case. You could end up buying back after back to see what fits.

Even then it's not a guarantee. precision back then not the same as today. Little file work here or there and thats to fit the case it was originally attached too

There is not enough left to restore. The appropriate use of this watch is as parts for other watches.

Unless there is overriding sentimental attachment.
Doesn't affect the condition unfortunately but parting out would be tough.
Consider a shadowbox or small display piece to honor the memory and keep it close.

As Dan S says, there is not enough left to restore.

Good idea.

Make a small picture frame with glass at front and back, a foam surround the thickness of the watch and case it up.

Could be a desktop memento where you can show off the front and the movement.

For example.
