Hello guys im currently working on a 501 and the rotor is touching the Movement when turning. So i would like to change the rotor axle. The axle of the 565 Movement doesn’t fit so i‘m asking myself where to get one. And i also Need a cheap reamer to size the hole. Maybe you can help me with that.

What you need is the pinion for the rotor - Omega part number 72204701429. It is discontinued...so you would have to find one on the open market.

I spent a LONG time trying to find a reamer for the 550 movements and had no luck. Its just not a common size, for folks without an Omega account I suspect it would have to be a custom reamer.

Ok. Then i will try to deal with it like a loose Canon pinion. Do you have experience with this technic?
I know its tinkering but maybe it works.

When the bearing gear wears to the point it becomes a problem, the bearing has likely worn a bit hour glass shaped. I very much doubt the usual techniques for tightening a cannon pinion will solve the problem.
