    Fantastic watch!
It looks like you combined two of my 2577's in a mysterious machine and made a much nicer watch.
    image.jpeg image.jpeg
The one on the left is a redialed 352. I wish it was original. The one in the right is a 351 with a dial similar to yours but with heavy patina. Maybe if I stack them in a hydraulic press The end result will look like yours.:D

I like the hands on yours and the lume matches the dial well.
Thanks for posting your dream 352!

Yes, but the center-fill has been touched up.

    Great score!

    Very nice 2577.

Redial simply means the dial has been refinished by a refinishing house. May have been degraded to the point if it needing a face lift.

I think the Op's watch has an original dial. The lumed "center-fill" hands also look original as the color matches the hour plots fairly well. It is possible that they could be NOS replacement hands but I don't believe they have been touched up. These are just my opinions on this great watch.

My guess as well. Dr. No's example have all the signs of moisture intrusion, which would cause the darkened lume, unlike the OP's.

    Lovely watch!

No question OP's watch has an original dial IMO. Hands probably original also. Here is one I have - very uncommon jumbo version 36mm size cal. 352 with a rose gold "ring" and a dial made out in the same style:

The dial is original. The hands, though, seem relumed to my eyes. There's an apparent flaw on the minute hand (closest to the tip) that looks like over-application of lume. That could be an artifact in the photo that's not there in reality.

    Best,

It's the ~ 2 mm ridge close to the tip of the minute hand that caught my attention. If that's lume, it wouldn't have passed Omega's QC.

I think it's just light and shadow, and maybe a light scratch on the crystal adding to the affect.

A clearer well lit shot would show the truth.

Nah, looks just fine. The lume color is the same in hands and minute markers. Most of the time the problem is trying to see from poor pics and/or scratched plexyglass. It is a very nice original dial+hands. Enjoy!.

Original hands, no doubt about it. Many thanks for the hi-res photo.

Lumes on both hands as well as makers look smooth and new, appearing much newer than the dial's surface, hence likely redone. Not a big deal and still a nice watch IMO.

In close-up it can be seen that the lume on the hands has discoloured unevenly and has shrunk slightly in just the way one might expect from normal ageing. This is particularly noticeable at the top end of the hour hand. I imagine this would be a very difficult effect to achieve artificially unless the hands were taken off and baked in an oven. To my mind everything looks very natural and all of a piece. My opinion FWIW is that the dial and hands are completely original and untouched.

ADDED: From what I can see of MSNWatch's example higher up this page, the hour hand on his seems to have aged in a very similar way.
