Omega Cal(19)?.LOB or LOC

Hi,
Can anyone help me identify this movement the seller didn`t have much information.But i think it is a Cal,19 LOB or a LOC .1910-1915

It can be a smaller caliber.I don`t have the diameter jet .But i think it is a LOB with nicer finish or a LOC because of the adjustment on the balance.
All help is much welcome 😀
