Any idea what is this (and even if it's real or not). One friend got this but have no idea how to help him identify this as I've never had a bumper before.

Any ideas?

Need to see the inside caseback. The rotor may be blocking the bridge with the caliber

Most likely a 330 or perhaps a 342. I just got a job lot of spares for these. SN puts it in the mid 1940s. Probably 1945 or 1946. Perhaps a bit earlier.

Dial has probably been redone. I am more used to the 1950s and 1960 dials, so the early one often fox me. Especially with the roman numerals and sector track.

check under the balance, agree that it is likely a 30mm bumper - send some proper photos of the dial
