Dear OF,

plese tell me what do you think about this omega 2657: dial and case. I have an opportunity to buy for 1600usd and not sure if its proper / fair price. Dial is in great condition and movement working well. Please advice....

If I may share my noob opinion, I think it's overpriced for this condition.

Not long ago, a solid 14kt gold version in a much better condition was offered here on OF for €1800 to put in perspective.

Though with a different dial layout without the 3-6-9-12 hour marks, an example in better shape is currently available on eBay (no, not mine, nor do I know the seller) offered for €1095 but accepts offers. https://www.ebay.ch/itm/Vintage-Ome...-Bumper-Top-Condition-Beefy-Lugs/353397210087. I think it's legit, but should be vetted by the experts to be sure.

A little pricey in my opinion. This would look great in a beads of rice bracelet! Enjoy your watch!

I agree that it's a little pricey, maybe you can negotiate for a few hundred less if you really want it? It's considered a jumbo and there aren't many out there in that nice of a condition. Is there a small chip on the bezel between 5 and 6 📖 (big no no at that price!)
