My Seamaster 2220 80 seemed to be running, as far as I could measure, about 8-9 seconds slow a day. It had been serviced in January 2016, before I bought it. Took it to the Boutique on June 16 since I live about a half hour way with no traffic (DC traffic is horrible). They noted the issue and said they'd look at the watch. Picked up the watch today regulated, clean, and with the diver extension adjusted at no charge. Technician noted the watch did not need a service and also got the time graph readout, which to be honest, have little idea what it means. It looks like it was serviced in King of Prussia, PA. Only funny part was I got an email from Omega that the watch received a new battery. WTH? Called them and was informed it was a mistake. Overall, very impressed with Omega service and the fact they knew the watch was clearly out of warranty and preowned and still no charge.

I know the King of Prussia store employees. They are excellent.

And I know the Tyson's OB -- top notch, professional service on all counts. Glad your watch is back and running well!

Good to know, thanks for sharing. I have visited that boutique many times but have never had any business dealings.
