Omega Automatic Seamaster DE VILLE - Advice needed

Hi guys,
I'm missing one of the indices on the dial. The watch is an Omega Automatic Seamaster DE VILLE, caliber 562, ref: 166.020. Is it possible to get just the index I'm missing, or do I have to buy the whole dial?
Thanks everyone!

Have you opened the watch to make sure that it's not still in there, as there's a funny mark above the 11 index.

Some resellers may have the piece you need but it will be hard as there is huge variation in the indices on SMDV’s.
Insert material
Style
Length/width
Etc

It may be easier to simply source a full dial (and even that won’t be quick)

Good luck with the repair and tracking down the indicie.

Or, leave it as is and know that it is always 5 o'clock somewhere, just not on this SM.

I would look for the index and for a dial. Neither is a slam dunk.
