Hello everyone

Wanted to inquire and see if this was a real Omega. its inscribed on the back with the year 1941. Does this watch face reflect the time period?

Nope - the first Omega automatic movement was introduced in ~1943, and Tritium not until 1961/62 or so.

hmm, do you think they added the back case inscription to a newer watch?

Likely a start date, watch is from the 1960s.

25 year retirement I suspect.

Looks to me like this person started at B&L in 1941 "class of 1941" which could mean it was presented after 25 years to this person around 1966. 1966 is in the relative time period for the dial style and having an automatic movement. Not that the watch was made in '41.
