Hi guys I am trying to learn more about Omega vintage watches and I would like to know your opinion on this watch listed on eBay at about 800 euros.
I hope I am not bothering you.

The watch face has no "swiss made" logo and the hands have luminous application while the index no.
Is this normal for this model?
Is this a fair price for this model in this condition?

Bingo - it is not normal. No "Swiss/Swiss Made" is correct for very early wristwatches, but not these and if there are luminous hands they should be matched by luminous markers on the dial. Furthermore, the hands are of a variety not used by Omega.

The case is quite polished as well - I would keep well away.

Out of interest, are you saying, the ref 2374 should normally feature "Swiss/Swiss Made"? I've seen quite a few examples posted by members here that don't have a "Swiss/Swiss Made". I'm actually waiting for a delivery of an example by a member that also does not feature "Swiss/Made", and I'm 100% sure it's genuine (not because I'm an expert, but because it comes from an active, respected member).

Other than that, I agree, the OP's example should be avoided. In addition to what has already been mentioned, the sub dial hand is too short, perhaps, the tip has broken off. I think it's also suspicious that the hash marks do not always properly align with the applied hour marks, but it may just be an imprecision accepted in those earlier models.
