Hi

I am interested in this watch however I would like some feedback on everyone’s views of the watches authenticity.

There is not much detail on the watch available in the description however it is a good price and from my limited knowledge looks ok to me.

Any help would be appreciated..

Thanks

Genuine but the movement is a bit tired and has or at least at one time had an issue with the bushing on the winding rotor.

Thank you! Would you say it was worth £875

One can bet that dial isn't anywhere as clean as those over-exposed pictures illustrate. There are some scratches and spots that will be more obvious once in hand.

Is the bracelet original?

If you mean genuine, looks OK.

These were originally sold on a strap, so at some point the bracelet was added. It's worth perhaps $100-125 on its own so (£875/$1050) $925 for a mediocre dome dial Constellation is quite high.

Is there a photo of the outside of the case back, medallion condition is crucial for Constellations.

Same as above, looks authentic, but a little rough around the edges 😀

As noted above dial looks suspect…pics arent good and Dial still looks like there could be unacceptable scratches or marks under the hands at center mass along with scratches on other areas of the dial. Case I do like … although not enough to overcome the dial….for me. Movement has a washed look to it that puts me off.

I would need clear photos, and caseback photos as well.

Date window is nice. Since there’s a date on the dial so this might have a calibre 561 or 564. I’d want to see what number is on the movement.

There are many of these watches and reviews here you should read through. Take your time. These Connie’s are (for me) nice entry level if condition is so so but also great for the collection when in in great condition.

Good luck

I will evaluate this watch to about 700 Euro but this "evaluation" process always depend on which side you are..If you want to sell your watch you will evaluate higher and if you want to buy a watch you will evaluate lower 😀
