Omega Admiralty Anchor history and advices

Hi there.
I am new of the forum and I know almost nothing about watches. But I am starting to have the passion and I would like to start with this watch. The omega Admiralty anchor. I found a new one, blue like the one in the attached picture, never used, and would be happy to hear opinions about this watch. What could be a good price? What is the history of these models? Is there any good page on the web where to read something about these admiralty anchor models? Years of production? Philosophy and story of the design? Could this be considered part of the seamster line?
