··@SpeedyBirthYearCleaning out the parts drawer, hence offering this fully complete (excluding crown) Omega 861 movement for sale. Serial range 313195XX, which would be in range for an Omega Speedmaster 145.022-69 or 145.022-71 as the ranges of these two overlap. Note that I do not have an extract of the archives to confirm it originally left the factory in a Moonwatch, even though that is absolutely possible. It came to me as part of a Franken Speedmaster a while ago paired with a dial which resembles one of my 145.022-71's very closely. Initially I was planning on keeping it as a project, but I have quite a few unfinished projects and would rather help someone finish his/hers, rather than starting another one of my own.
As to condition; It is running and the chronograph starts, stops and resets as it should. That said, I am not going to claim it can go for years without any TLC and would assume it needs a service as the service history is unknown. It has certainly seen work in the past and judging by the rather subtle marks on the screw heads, it's done by someone competent enough to handle a screwdriver properly. Comes with the 320 1298 "metal foil" spring, without crown and stem. Should you really need one, I can include one upon request. Same holds true for the movement spacer and corresponding pair of screws.
Shipped worldwide at buyers expense, although I would strongly prefer a F2F deal in the Netherlands given the values concerned and, much more importantly, the benefit of meeting a fellow OF-member in person.
No returns, please ask questions and extra pictures in advance. I am not making a habit out of selling, but I do have quite some - exclusively positive - references as a seller and buyer on this forum.
References and Linkedin profile available upon request.
Price: EUR 1150 or any reasonable offer (net to me, excluding shipping).
