Omega 861 and Lemania 1270-81 movements

I have a Lemania 1277 movement and am considering acquiring a case for a Lemania 873 which is I understand the base for the Omega 861. The diameter is the same but I am unsure if the chrono buttons will line up. Actually the tissot t12 ‘s advertised refer to the lemania 873 (omega 861) not to be confused with the tissot 873 . ranfft call it 1873.
What do you think.

Well, I won’t be helpful, but at least we will have a picture of the Lemania 😀

Hello did you ever find any info on this? I have an omega 145.014 and I need a cost affective replacement for the 861.
