Omega 712 movement

Hi Guys and Omega experts,
I'd like to know if there is a Omega model that used the 712 movement with a case size in the 38mm range? I'm interested in a thin dress watch. I know its not really Omega's domain for ultra thin dress watches, but as the 712 movement is quite thin, it would be interesting to know if there they produced a watch with a case size that would me "modern" if you get what I mean. Looking forward to get some insights.

Thanks for the help, some of theseConstellations are really beautiful watches, but it seems they are all on the rather small size.

With this caliber and in 60s, are not usual to made dress watch > 36mm..
