Hi,

I´m Mark from Germany!

For sale is a Omega 6b/159 Royal Airforce watch, worn by a Royal Airforce Pilot with the 30t2 sc Movement.
Dial is in good condition with a little bit of patina, as you can hopefully see on the pictures.
The hands are blue and in very good condition.
Case has some age-related scratches, but is in a good condition, too.
On the caseback there are the typical Caseback markings of the Royal Airforce:
The arrow, 6b/159 and A 21022.
Plexiglas is probably the original one.It is in a good condition. It has some hair cracks. You only see them, if you look from the side.
Crown seems to be original.
The lugs are fixed.
The bracelet is NOS but not the original one. It is from the 1940s and in a very good condition.
The watch runs very good, +- 10 Seconds a day.
I sell the watch for 1100 Euros.
Shipment will off course be insured.
If you have some questions, or you need more pictures to see, let me know.

Greetings,

Mark

I'd like you use a picture or two of yours for an article, would you mind?
What kind of article is it?
Where would it be published?

It's an article on the history of MOD issued watches. I'm a contributor to Gear Patrol, and the article is set to publish on Tuesday.
