I bought a bracelet I thought was an 1171 that I believe is actually an 1175. Consequently, the 633 end links I bought don’t work and I need to find some 640s or 47s. You can see my dilemma here:

Cash on hand or willing to trade with a pair of NOS 633 end links! I don’t have a picture of the links I need but here are my two bracelets. Thanks for the help

 

Is it the bracelet on the left? If so, it looks like 2 separate references combined into one bracelet (only the bottom side appears to be flat linked, most likely an 1175).

 

@RES13 it is the bracelet on the left. I believe you are seeing a bit of an optical illusion. It’s definitely the same above and below the buckle.

Reach out to a boutique, I believe the 640 is still being produced. I bought a few sets for some 1175s a few years ago from Ofrei.

It’s worth trying at a boutique but last I looked both were discontinued

Headed to a larger state (with real cities ) maybe I can pop in and see if I can order something. Maybe I could also just call?

If anyone has easy access to a boutique, I’d be all ears and happily pay to own some proper links.

 

Still hoping someone squirreled a set away. Would also consider generic end pieces in the interim

Ths 640's and 47's now seem to be some of the hardest Speedmaster end links to find. After conversations with a couple of other members over recent weeks I know several people are struggling to locate any.

 

@Davidt I haven’t had the opportunity to ask - it’s one problem being so far away from a boutique. Still interested in finding some though

 

They are still available, or available again.....

 

Just called a boutique in CO - will see how much they cost and if they are available exciting stuff
