I own a Omega 53 Fat arrow but it is lacking the internal slug retainer ring, anybody know where you can buy a replacement?

Thanks for the advice, forgive my ignorance but what does MWR stand for?
Also any advice on where to sent this watch (and a Omega WW1 Trench Watch) for a service in the UK?
