Hello All, finally got the watch service. Here is an image of the back of the dial. Does this shed any further light on original v redial.

A notch is not definitive...there are plenty of brand new dials with notches. That old pearl of wisdom needs to die...

Yes, it's my favourite now. Some patina on the dial but the nicest of my vintage omegas.
