I've been keeping an eye out for these pre-Constellation chronometers as they don't seem to come up very often.
This one recently popped up for sale with a lovely waffle dial and a minute track reminiscent of an Omega Centenary.

Saw this one - good price, too. Hands are unique - think they’re original? I’m no expert on these.

While not an expert on these either, I don't think they are correct. Slightly too long as well, it would seem?

I've not seen enough examples of this case reference with the waffle dial to be sure either way about the hands.
It appears otherwise unmolested so they could be correct. I've seen examples of the Centenary with the same minute track where the minute hand overshoots the track.

I've never seen this type of dauphine hands with the notch at the bottom on an Omega before. I am 99% certain they are replacements.

I can tell the cuts on hands are an improvisation of a watchmaker.
