Issue with chronometer reset. The bottom pusher resets the large second hand and the 12 hour counter, but then the hour counter continues to count from zero without restarting the chronometer.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how to fix?

Yours has a different movement, and the details may be different, but the fix is the same: a service by a qualified watchmaker.
