Omega 321 chronograph actuations?

Hi there, I recently bought a speedmaster with the 321 movement and it seems to be functioning fine but I was wondering whether there's any kind of recommendation regarding use of the chronograph.
I currently use it at least once a day, is that well within its limits or is that something that could lead to certain parts wearing out quicker?

Would love to hear some thoughts and experiences about this since I haven't seen much online yet.
Thanks!

There is a good thread here, with a technical explanation by @Archer, although it is more focused on the question of leaving the chronograph running. You will get some extra wear by actuating the pushers. However, IMO, the bottom line is that chronographs are meant to be used. Use it as much as you want, and just make sure you have the watch serviced at regular intervals.
