The tube is pressed into the body on cases of this vintage, later many models had screwed in tubes.
A competent watchmaker can rectify this issue.
Pressing the tube into the watch case yourself was a little difficult, but quite doable.

This would be easier to do by preheating the housing in hot water (boiling water from a kettle) and cooling the tube in the freezer. 😉

Thanks for the advice! Luckily, I didn't need it, and I even got by without a press.

Such "trick" can be useful if you don't have an equipment and you need mont parts with light-press fit (for instance tube to water tight case). Works good.
