Hi all, I'm trying to fit a "wartime" omega into my collection and this one got offered up by a friend of a friend of a friend who collects mostly military timepieces - this one isn't but it's quite interesting.

As far as i know the watch is around 32-33mm in diameter, the dial isn't touched but from my search I've only found one with the same dial and it has "non magnetic" under the Omega writing.
This one also has NO SWISS MADE or SWISS anywhere on the dial - could it be that it was an export model for Sweden or just an omission on this reference # ?

And finally, what's it worth - I know the forum hates these kind of questions but I do not want to rush head first into a wrong watch or a watch i wont be enjoying after a while and not be able to liquidate it to break even...

Thanks!

the dial looks like an early/mid 40's style.

Not all of them had Swiss Made on them - for example the Suveran black dials didn't. So that in itself isn't a red flag.

You know we're going to tell you to get a photo inside the caseback, don't you 馃槜

Sure lol, and you know it that the guy either doesn't have a photo of it or can't open it atm... Always the same story. ::facepalm1::
