Hi All.

I knew this version of Suverän existed, I saw the photos but I couldn't find anywhere for sale ... until yesterday. Is this a rare model? does everything look original in it? Thanks in advance for any information about this watch.

Looks correct to me, but I already wrote that in the thread on KS.

Thanks for your feedback. I can't find any material about this version anywhere, so I've started a thread here in the hope that someone will add something constructive. On KS hardly anyone has seen this version

Suverans aren't part of a model line that has endured the same level of scrutiny as Constellations or Speedmasters, so you will find no real authority on the subject. I have seen the dial variant a few times and while it is undoubtly one of the less common variants, it is by no means unknown. I am not sure what sort of "constructive" information you are looking for, but I doubt that you will find any information like production numbers or relative rarity.

The last one was for sale at ~ $2k, but their prices are always outliers. I see no real difference in value between one of these and an equally well-preserved luminous grey/sector/two-tone model and it would be less valuable than a black dial, everything else being equal, IMO.

On the back of each Suverän suitcase is a reference number and an additional number. The first thought that comes to everyone's mind is that it is a serial number, but are you sure? Does anyone know what this number is for?

I'll answer myself because not many people know about it. Every Suverän has the same identification number on the rear case and on the mechanism case. Maybe this will be useful to someone ?

KS??? What/ where ? 😀

it's bordered by Nebraska to the north; Missouri to the east; Oklahoma to the south; and Colorado to the west.
