Omega 2319/2 dial genuine?

Hi all of you with amazing eyes for details

Found this 2319/2 that I am a bit interested in. But what do you think about the dial? Is it refurbished? Looks a bit odd with the brighter areas around the hour markings, but could be aging as well I guess?

Redial, the font of the logo says enough to make further analysis unnecessary

simply NO - wrong logo style at first sight makes it a re-dial

Well at least I seem to develop some kind of nose for when things are not right anyway, as every time I hesitate and decide to ask for a second opinion on the forum it seems the nose was right even if I have not always been able to spot why. Thanks!
