Omega 166055-168046 Dial genuine?

Hello everyone.
I am about to pull the trigger on a 1970s Omega Constellation 166055-168046 with cal. 1002. When I saw it I instantly saw red flags concerning the dial but the movement and case seem definitely genuine.. The seller claims the watch was bought in the US and maybe they used different dials. It would be awesome to get some opinions on that. Photo is attached. Thanks a lot!

Thank you for your fast response and your opinion. I mean who is even making such a dial? Its so strange to me that I even doubted someone would produce such a fake. The movement and case are looking real good tho. Thats why I got thinking.
