I did get my old bracelet back too. The reason the bezel was swapped is that it wasn't an original one (I only realised this after buying), so I understand why they wouldn't return that to me.

The paperwork & service card doesn't say which person did the work, but it's got all the details for their Southampton service centre, service ID, warranty ID, references for my watch.
Ah that all sounds fine then.

I emailed Omega just to make sure. They did carry out the work, they said they returned it to the AD in a red Omega pouch and apologised it wasn't passed on. They also said "we return the original parts, other than those replaced from within the movement". Which they technically did as my bezel wasn't original.

Looks like the AD pocketed your Service case. Not a good look, espeically if you challenge them on this, which I would.. I like my Service Cases, as it is all "part of the service" costs.

Omega returns replaced movement parts as well. If you search the forum you will see many examples of this...
