Hey guys.. I found this beautiful omega mechanical clock and I was wondering if it's a real or fake one.. Tried to search on the internet, but couldn't find anything useful.. Can you give me a hint? thank you!

 

There's a lot of information on the internet that points to a fake, coming from China.

I think I speak for everyone here when I say that I hope you didn't buy it! In 1882, the company that became Omega was Louis Brandt & Freres. If you haven't bought it, be thankful that you checked here before you did!

 

Omega 1882 swiss clock where Swit zerland I am confident it's a knock off its stamped 19 zurn zsh. As I recall omega didn't exist in 1882. However, this has beautiful Chinese painting of young women. If fake.... what is it worth

I think the SWIT ZERLAND might be a give away

 

If it works then maybe a fiver, but from a collectors point of view it´s pretty much worthless
