Omega 168.019 Advice

Hello Omega Forums! I wanted to purchase my first Omega watch and stumbled upon this listing on ebay from aonohappa in Japan for $774. Would this be a good purchase to make? The thing that is steering me towards this listing instead of others w/o a cracked crystal is the dial. The crystal is cracked so I also wanted to ask if this is a relatively easy thing to replace with Omega parts. Thank y'all so much in advance for the help!
