Hi omega's lovers !
I am about to acquire this omega 168.004 pie pan by exchanging it with one of my neighbours.

I really like these models but knowing that there are a lot of "franken" or repainted dials I would have liked your opinion...

What do you think ? thank you

As long as the last picture is a bit of lens distortion in terms of the slightly wonky text, looks pretty good to me
but the images are not that sharp so it would be helpful to have images that are sharper and more linear/topographical.

I haven’t seen your neighbor, that makes it difficult to determine if the trade is a good one for you.

@BLOW UP is correct in saying that the pics aren’t great but from what we can see it looks ok.

The case is quite heavily polished, so don’t trade your Crown Jewels for this watch.

That’s a nice watch too. Trades are great when you just want something new.

Pequignet royale manuelle

I think it rather depends on what value you place on your watch and whether you just want something different or want value for money ( for your trade)

With regards to your English playing tricks on you, I think you might want to give him the sack😉

well, I don't know your watch - but what you paid for it doesn't necessarily equate to what it is worth.

the Constellation is ok but the case has seen some polishing, so it is not top drawer by any means.
Much as I love hidden crown Connies they do not command the prices of their dogleg cousins

In really really good condition it might be worth €1200-1300
in this condition €800-1000-ish euros
if these are scratches on the bezel and not reflections - very much sub €800
