this looks very much like a redial 🙁, Seamaster font is wrong for this reference IMO

the wrong second hand and the general dial condition don't make me feel better about that watch...

Any recomendations to get it redone in the U.S.A.?

None would be as good as sending to the Mother Ship in Bienne and letting them do it.

They probably don't have any service dials left, but you never know. They'll likely refinish it. But when Omega does it, it's more right than anyone else.
