·I finally found it.
I was evaluating buying a 32kz Contellation when I saw a post of this watch for sale. Almost perfect, single owner, serviced 6 years ago, no box or documents at a very good price.
The price was so good at first that I thought it might be a scam but the seller was only 200km away from me and had also listed the same watch on eBay with a 100% positive feedback account.
I know that many purists don't like this type of watch but for me this timepiece is a milestone in the history of Omega and watchmaking in general. It's a very large watch and I was a little scared with my small 16.8cm wrist. However, it is very comfortable and doesn't feel gigantic on the wrist.
How can I prevent damage to this watch other than keeping it away from direct sun heat /light and water? Should I leave the batteries inside and regularly plan to change them before they become exhausted?
