Have you tried searching for what a reference 14900 looks like?

Hint: there is something majorly wrong here.

Looks like a 2852 to me, you'll want to open the caseback to confirm.

The case/lugs do not correspond to a 2852 either.

I am not an expert here, but I would guess this is a mix of Seamaster case (2577, 2767 or so) with a constellation dial and crown.

As above, this watch is a marriage of a Constellation dial and a Seamaster case.
With a ‘fat’ Constellation crown stuck on for good measure.

The 14900 would have dogleg lugs.
