Omega 145.022 pushers

I have been looking at buying this 145.022 which I think is a '71 as it has a stepped dial with the relevant caseback and according to MWO, the bezel, 24 tooth crown etc I believe are all are correct for that reference. The issue I have is the photo of the pushers (see below). The lower pusher protrudes further out than other upper pusher and I just don't know what to make if it. that said, I think they are the wide and tall correct pushers but just not sure.

I would be very grateful for the thoughts and any guidance on this. I have seen the watch in person but stupidly I didn't take any decent photographs so only have the below image to go on. The bracelet is a later 1171. Watch, hands, lume all appear original to my eye.

The watch is attractive in hand and I am considering purchasing from the seller at £4k. I have not seen the movement. Really, my question is on the subject of the pushers but would welcome any views on the selling price, given what I have mentioned above. Personally, it seems fair (?)

I would suggest that the spring in the upper pusher is broken. A good independent watchmaker can replace the spring, omega will replace the pushers as standard during a service.

Thanks for the replies, doesn't seem too bad in that case and hopefully a quick fix.
