I don't know about "fake", but there are parts of many different watches assembled together in that watch.

    And non-step dial, I think. Short-pushers?

It's very technical to explain everything. But there are some parts from earlier versions of the Speedmaster and some parts from later versions, all mixed together in one watch. Some of the parts are valuable (mainly the bezel), but as a whole, it is not a collectible watch, because the parts do not belong together.

the dial seems too large when install the case. so the "t swiss made t" can't been seen from front side. and the also the bezel insert

Assuming it's legit (and it looks ok at first glance), the bezel is worth more than the rest of the watch combined, so be careful with it.

The bottom of the dial is obscured by the rehaut, I think. The bezel is probably ok.

No, the bezel looks like it's in good condition, so if it's authentic, it is possibly worth $4k USD.

The movement also has some value, but not as much. Can you read the serial number on the movement?

All the parts of this watch appear authentic. However, it is one big mish mash of parts.
In Yiddish we call it "Frankenwatch"

Crazy that somebody sold this watch with a DON bezel.

    Not crazy at all.

We need the movement serial number.
But by the looks of the pushers and mid case, it looks like this started its life as a 105.012-66 (HF case).
Somewhere along the line it got a service dial, crown, and hands.
And I guess there was no service caseback for a 105.012 so whoever serviced it, fit a 145.022 caseback on it instead...
