Omega 145.018 to restore or sell as is? Don’t want to make a mistake.

    Hi,

    Posted a while back, since got watch back from repair shop for quote.
    Not sure what to do - Sell as is or restore and sell? What’s the sort of right price for this please? (See pictures) am really hoping for some strong advice, had one or two helpful folks, but there is so much knowledge on here - I’m all ears please folks
    Plus been asked for more pics - here’s what I have thanks for patience and help all of you.

    I'd sell as is. You should be able to do a search of sold listings on eBay to get an idea of value. Having said that, remember the 200 post rule required to sell on OF.

    A great reference for sure, but I think the dial damage will hold it back a bit.

    Cheers for advice, appreciated! Looked on eBay but literally can’t find one with grey face etc will keep digging buddy cheers again

    I'd sell as is. Most people don't want someone else to service/restore a watch they're buying.

    You really need better pics of your dial, ideally in natural light to accurately show the overall condition, but I agree, yours won't reach the value of some of the ones you're showing above as the dial appears to shown deterioration.

    I can't imagine this watch being sold by an expensive online retailer, it's missing at least half of one of its subdial's.

    Sell it as is. Take good pics in sunlight. I imagine it will bring good $$$.
