Ahora el reloj está en servicio, cuando llegue lo revisaré, pero creo que excede un poco los índices.

Asked my friend and watchmaker and he told me that the second hand moves without the index protruding... the fact that it appears out of place is due to the perspective of the photo

The second hand on these pie pans is a bit of a tricky one.
To reach the 12,3,6,9 indices they can overlap the angled minute haches in between.

IMHO the second hand does look a tad long.
However, if you google this reference an awful lot of them have second hands that appear long and you have rose gold furniture and the second hand matches and looks to be the right type and style.
Therefore, I would forget the possible slight variation in length and just enjoy the watch for what it is.
