hello from austria, can someone give me a tip. i inherited an omega 1310 from my father. the clock has not been used for a long time. a new battery did not work. the clock does not move. What can I do. please help and apologize for my bad english language. is google translator.. thanks you so much.

Some basic reasons could be:
- corroded battery terminals,
- a nicked/cut coil wire,
- seized gears due to sticky/dried lubricant.

You would be best taking it to a watchmaker.
