Omega 131.026

I found this Omega 131.026 18k online and really like it, the thing is that according to seller the watch doesn't work satisfactorily at the moment:

"Pressing on the crown the second hand sometimes starts, there also may be more errors that I haven't discovered"

Unfortunately the seller is from abroad so I cannot verify the watch myself. Tough one, but do you think it may be something that a professional watchmaker can fix for a reasonable price? Hard to judge by only looking at pictures though...

Anyway, any thoughts? Current price is approx 660 USD

I cannot say, what your watch needs to run sufficiently, but a hand wound movement cal 601 is not too complex, to be serviced.
Here is mine.. Its a real 'dress watch' for a glamorous evening...
