    It also says swiss made in tiny writing under the 6

    Not sure what you want to know. We would need to see better photo's and probably the insides before anyone could tell you much. However, I can say that these are not so collectable due to their small size and old fashioned style, therefore they are not so valuable.

    Ah ok. I pried open the case and the front crystal came off showing the dial. Before i start messing with this watch is it basically worthless?

    Probably from the late 1950's to early 1960's. The crystal should be able to be fixed pretty easily.

    These generally have some version of the caliber 48X movement inside. Typical example.

    If the watch is white gold, it should be worth gold scrap, plus a few dollars for the movement parts. If gold filled, it's not worth a lot in the market. Most women prefer larger watches today, if they wear one at all.

    The 13.9 million serial number would put it around 1952 to 1954, more likely 1954.
