··London sunburst dial fanI’ve always liked Seikos.
Initially one of the attractions was that they were reasonably priced - and I could afford them.
Although I have a few rarely worn divers languishing in my watch drawer(s) it’s primarily the dress watches I’m attracted to - date or no date, but not day - and all with a 36-38mm diameter and generally fairly slim and comfortable on my wrist.
I have a KS which I accept may be redialled, but it, and all my others are mostly well over fifty years old but, unlike some other makes, the cases and the dials (and generally the hands) all look pristine and run perfectly.
The more I collect, the more impressed I am and the more I wonder why other makes don’t seem to last as well.
And, apart from the KS, all of them were bought for well under £200.
So, respect to Seiko
