·Hello can anyone tell me anything about this particular reference? I’ve researched online and looked in my Sala book, but am coming up empty. Here’s what I know:
14k YG gold case 30mm x 30mm
138SS bumper movement
Serial 1,624,615 dates it to 1952-1955
Dial is original/unmolested
Buckle is UG, I’m assuming Strap is as well?
Crown and crystal are unsigned.
It’s a very cool 50’s shape. Given the thin case and engraving on the back, it is a presentation watch?
Anybody seen one before? Thanks for looking.
