Hello can anyone tell me anything about this particular reference? I’ve researched online and looked in my Sala book, but am coming up empty. Here’s what I know:

14k YG gold case 30mm x 30mm
138SS bumper movement
Serial 1,624,615 dates it to 1952-1955
Dial is original/unmolested
Buckle is UG, I’m assuming Strap is as well?
Crown and crystal are unsigned.

It’s a very cool 50’s shape. Given the thin case and engraving on the back, it is a presentation watch?

Anybody seen one before? Thanks for looking.

You won’t find much about three hand watches in Sala save the adverts. The book is mostly about complications and especially chronographs. IMO this is a lovely dress watch. I think the dial is original and the inscription is cool.
