I came across this one on ebay from an Italian seller. The pics aren't the greatest, but it's all the seller can provide

It's supposed to be a 12.68Z, ref 4915 based on the caseback. I'm pretty sure the crown is a replacement and incorrect for the reference.

I'm wondering about the dial though. Granted there is an even patina, but does the 'Longines' look a bit off? (or am I being overly paranoid?). An older redial perhaps?

As for the hands, is the minute hand correct? Seems a tad long, but my googling of ref 4915 shows several others with equally long hands.

Any opinions would be most welcome, thanks in advance!

N, it's a a redial for me based on the clumsy Longines writing.

Better pics would be useful but as @khmt2 remarked, the signature leaves a lot to be desired. The ink in the sub-dial is also quite close to the edge.

Edit: Found the listing. It is very expensive.

In my opinion it's indeed a redialed dial. It's missing the "Swiss Made" in the dial and the markers seem to be polished.
It would be nice if you could get better pictures to see the watch in more detail.

Thanks guys for the quick replies! Will pass, as it's a redial. (and yes indeed, rather expensive...)
