Got my hands on this old watch. Has some staining or damage on the face but it runs. 14k white gold chain 18k white gold case. Any ideas?

Not much anyone can tell you from the pictures.

The certificate looks from the 1920’s, but it is not dated.

You should take the watch to a watchmaker and get pictures of the movement and inside of the case.

I honestly don't understand what you are looking for. Maybe a little more specific question would help.

I can get pictures of movement. I'm a bit new to the watch scene, haven't seen many watches like this. Really looking for an idea of value, Is it worth restoration or better sold as is.

I don't know Omega pocket watches enough to venture a value. Unfortunately the stain on the dial will have a major impact on value, and there is no real way to restore it. If you are looking to sell it, just sell it as is.

In the US, Hamilton offered their Masterpiece case in 18kt white gold in the 1920's, dial in sterling silver. Their best 12s 23j movement inside. 18kt hands and markers.

I would bet Omega had a top movement inside.

Bonus for chain/box

Shame about the dial....hopefully the movement is not a corroded mess.

Design is strikingly familiar.

More pics are needed. Are you sure the case is 18k and not just gold-filled?

Stamped 18k inside and is quite heavy. Chain is marked 14k

This is quiet helpful thank you, your piece looks incredible. I will get better pictures of the inside and movement later.

Please! Also a picture of the stampings inside the case back! You were asked to provide that picture, earlier!

The pictures of the case back are very helpful. The case is solid 18K gold, made by Solidarity Watch Case Company in the USA.

The watch movement is cal. 39.5 and dates from approximately 1920. I suspect this is a very early U.S. National Production model. This is when the movements were imported raw from Switzerland and mated to locally made cases to avoid some customs charges.

Hope this helps,
