Here's a shot of Johnny Carson standing in the VIP viewing area for the Apollo 11 launch. I recall him being fascinated by space and space travel...he had Carl Sagan on his show many, many times.

·Really enjoyed this. They must have had some sort of run-through beforehand but it comes across as spontaneous, witty but not scripted. They all are smart cookies inc Johnny of course. Thank-you for posting 👍
