Old 30T2 Omega Ref. 2020 nice watch! Please some advice

hey friends,

what do you think about this watch.
I made some research but there are very rare informations.

Is the stamp K18 ok? Should there not be 18K?
And the dial? A Redial?
The crown looks like a replacement, is it ok?

This watch was definitely not born with this dial!

Are there any other markings in the caseback? Omega triangle logo? Why is only a small section of the caseback shown?

I suspect this is a cobbled together watch...
