Dear Sirs, I have now got bitten by the shark. I see nothing on flea bay right now that I think I can trust. My OCD kills me. Just saying because I don't know what to do and I have instant gratification problems. Any suggestions? Or maybe a deal?

I'm afraid you are playing the wrong game for instant gratification unless you have deep pockets.
I just mentioned to a friend from France the value of patience in this hobby.
Contact Kringkily and hope for the best.

He is much more modern than vintage, glad we are talking "Great White" and not "Ed White" right?

Ok, so I have no skills reading the fine print. People did that for me. I will however take Ed at GREAT prices.

    I'm confused,
please have your people pick a watch because I'm not sure Kringkily can help with an Ed White, only a Great White.

Both are beautiful and I think you should buy them both !!

Ed will be harder to find.

Well I am confused. Two whites might cause frisson in the watch box! i will buy both but someone told me to be patient. As one buzzard said to the other, "patience h*ll, let's kill something."

Listen to your Uncle Buck-Ed is a much harder find, especially if you want an original specimen. The Great is a beauty of a watch, and Kringkily is your man.
    Welcome to the OF!!

This is killing me. It's midnite and I take my daughters keyed AND rear ended car to the body shop at o'dark thirty. I could divert to DC. Oh did I mention cars in Boston are so not a good deal?

Hi Bill for future searches you can try Watchrecon. You can set up automated searches and alerts.

I have no doubt Kringkily will be able to source a GW for you, but I also have no doubt that within the next 12 months there's a very very good chance you'll be on the hunt for another watch, and Watchrecon will prove rather helpful :whistling:

The black and white versions of the Seamaster GMT are arguably two of the best looking GMTs ever made
