That is my absolute favorite dome dial of all time. Don't count on that going less than 5 digits.

Uh huh. Keep trying that, it might work on whoever inherits that watch.

Just put this classic immortal beauty against ALL the so-called beautiful new Omega dress watches, we will all surely die laughing. Words cannot describe this Omega Constellation Calendar's stunning knock-out perfection. It is one of a kind.

This example is so masculine, yet elegant.

    Thank-you.

Or as we say in Joizey: It's f#@kin' awesome. :D

    You're welcome!

Seriously, this would be killing me if I didn't have to shell out for all these home repairs. That's quite a nice specimen and I'd be scheming ways to snag it. I think I'm gonna go get my lowly-by-comparison 2799 out for a little late night spin around the house.

I'm in for the case but will need a buyer for the brick bracelet - who wants to split the bill?

    Simple.

Think of an idea to our build our own 'vintage-watch museum'. Every member donates $20.00 and buy this watch, as the first watch for our museum.

Have a board of trustees holding the funds, made up of senior members of the forum. Legality-wise, I do not know whether this suggestion is feasible or not. Anyway, we have a month to decide.

Before purchasing any 'superlative vintage-watch' for the museum, every member will have the chance to cast a vote of 'yes' or 'no'. Majority wins.

    Thank-you.

Anyone, who does not agree with what we think, has to get his eyesight and brain, a minor check-up, I think. Better-halves exempt.

    Thank-you.

I'd be down for this, as long as the museum is in my house :)

    I am sorry, no.

At best, you can get the chance to apply to become the curator of the museum. Once you hold that position, you may get the opportunity to move the museum, into your house. However, don't get caught!

    Thank-you.
