I'd always assumed that the Moonphase has a glass case back cover and a push button buckle, but this one has a metal case cover and what looks like a non-push button buckle. Any idea whether this is legit and what's going on? Item # 221528374582

It's not a watch I am familiar with but it's being sold out Bulgaria and the sellers feedback looks very suspicious to me......

 

That's the most suspicious feedback I've ever seen...mostly private and all within a couple of days. AVOID!
